The Story

The holidays can be a great time to connect with family and friends. For many of us, that means traveling during one of the busiest times of the year. Besides the normal hustle and bustle, some of the most common holiday stressors include carrying heavy luggage, enduring long flights or car rides, suffering from jet lag, sleeping with uncomfortable pillows and mattresses, experiencing dehydration and decreasing exercise.

Here are some tips on how to keep your back healthy so you can make the most of your holiday season.

  3. Train several weeks to a month before trying a new sport, like skiing.
  4. Keep calm and cool: to really enjoy your holidays, be sure to relax. That way, you'll come back refreshed and ready to start the new year.
