Choose an exercise 
Shoulder RollMobilise and relax the tired muscles around the shoulders and shoulder blades after sitting for long periods of time. Repeat 20 times each in clockwise and anti-clockwise directions. SHOW ME |

Scapular RetractionBegin with an exercise band wrapped on each open palm. Open your arms while keeping elbows tucked to your sides and maintaining an upright posture. When you've reached just past 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock, slowly release the tension by returning to the starting position. Repeat 2 to 3 times. SHOW ME |
