Rosana Wu, Exercise Therapist
Rosana is a fitness trainer with over 15 years of experience in aerobics and yoga instruction. She received her Aerobic Instructor and Fitness Pilates Reformer Instructor certifications from the Australian Training Professionals in 2002 and 2005 respectively. She has worked with a broad range of groups, including the South China Athletic Association, the Methodist Centre, the Staff Recreation Club at the Education Bureau Department, Evangel Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Langham Hotel, and the Regal Airport Hotel. Rosana was also a speaker at the 2004 Beijing Fitness Convention.
Rosana’s love for sports started with gymnastics training in her early teens. Today, she is an avid sports enthusiast who loves to swim, climb, jog, hike, play racquet sports (squash and badminton) and dance. She believes that like nutrition, exercise is an important part of leading a well-round, balanced lifestyle.
By using a positive approach that includes clear and concise instructions Rosana is able to ensure her clients reach their training goals.
